For one of our relations in Sittard, we're looking for a Manager Logistics & Warehouse (m/w). Tasks & Responsibilities:

• In this position you are with a hands on approach responsible for ensuring the availability of goods on time for our international customers
• You manage and plan the flow of goods and information along the entire supply chain from the supplier to the more than 1000 stores in Europe and abroad and directly to final consumers (dropshipment for customer webshops)
• You ensure an exceptional customer experience is being provided throughout the process
• You continuously optimize the processes taking into account the Wallsupply planning and stocking strategy
• You work in close contact with the business managers, our supplier partners and logistic partners
• As a operations contact, you will also participate in international customer assortment meetings
• The permanent monitoring and control of the order fulfillment, quality and cost performance, ensures the implementation and realization of the given goals
• Travelling to visit suppliers, customers and partners is an important and essential part of the position. Can require 25% travel of the time and partly overnight travel
• You will be hands on with a team of 3-4 employees

Wat vragen wij

• Bachelor graduated, preferable in the field of logistic / supply chain management or a strong proven track record as operations manager
• You have acquired an experience of at least 3 years of applicable work experience in a supply chain related function
• You have excellent presentation skills and ability to act as a recognized business partner
• A strong team spirit, client service oriented, you are recognized for your problem-solving skills
• You know how to demonstrate your open mindness, your curiosity as well your critical analysis
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (must), both written and spoken. German is considered a plus
• Ideal is experience and knowledge of the supply chain management in a wholesale company
