For Ardagh Oss we are hiring: Customer Technical Service Engineer Purpose of function/ main tasks: In order to ensure that CTS is used pro-actively, promoting our products, services and AMB, to deliver a benefit to our customers, you will have to: Professional Requirements Regularly visits and maintain contacts with the customers in region in order to provide advices and technical support to optimise process when filling beverages into cans; Provide the appropriate support to the Customer Care & AMB manufacturing plants for all type of quality issues. This implies assisting in handling the complaints together with the Customer Care & the Quality Manager of the respective plant. In some cases, sorting by the CTS at the customer ocation or warehouse is requested or to manage a sorting team Keep customers updated on technical specifications, product handling and filling line best practices; Create dedicated training programmes (seaming, cans & ends making processes) for Customers Performing seaming parameter controls and technical advisory on servicing and operations of filling line, with emphasis on seamer equipments; Problem solving of risk generating issues at customer filling lines Customer support during machines maintenance on filling lines, technical verification of equipment and scope of maintenance activities and overhauls (on customer request); Customer support in order of spares and communication with machines producers ; Performing audits on customer filling lines and storage areas (empty and filled cans); Support in technical issues during new and second hand filling line installations at customers side and performance verification of installed lines; Training of filling line operators at the customers, i.e. technical, store and quality staff; Filling process organization and monitoring for new products, packaging types or beverages; Getting information of local business (Suppliers, locations, volume delivered, transportation modes, can sizes, specification, etc. Define customer visit plans with Sales before organizing visits to Benelux & Scandinavian customers Visiting Benelux and Scandinavian customers on his own and dealing in relation with local environments

Wat vragen wij

Educational level: Higher graduate as technical / mechanical engineer, Languages: fluent spoken and written Dutch and English are mandatory. 3-5 years of experience on independent, technical position; (ideally) Experience connected with offering service for internal and external customers; Ability to create and maintain good relations with customers and colleagues; Team Spirit Knowledge of measurement equipment; Ability to work alone and as a part of the team; communication skills ? Computer skills.
